Returns will be accepted within 14 days of shipment for a full refund. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Theodora Warre — until we receive the product back in intact condition it is the customer's responsibility.

If you are returning an order from outside the United Kingdom you are responsible for any duties and taxes. Gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you would like to change the shipping address on your order before it has been shipped please email info@theodorawarre.co.uk.

Order cancellations are considered on a case by case basis depending on the timeframe — you cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
